Working principle of conical double (three) screw mixer

(1) Due to the split rotation of the double helix, the powder moves in a circular motion along the cone wall.

(2) Due to the rotation of the spiral blade, the powder is discharged to the center of the cone for radial movement.

(3) The powder of the double spiral mixer starts from the cone bottom and discharges upwards and the outer surface of the spiral, that is, in the direction of the spiral axis to mix.

(4) The downward flow of the powder caused by the spiral rotation of the double spiral mixer is precisely due to the automatic combination of the revolution of the spiral in the mixer, resulting in four types of powder flow.
